Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use iWishLinks
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not use iWishLinks for any unlawful purpose
• You must not attempt to access other users' private data

Content

You retain ownership of content you add to iWishLinks (wishlist names, product notes, images). By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content to provide the service.

Subscriptions & Payments

Plus and Business subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

iWishLinks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
