Frequently Asked Questions
How does seat-based pricing work?
Every active team member requires one seat. You start with 1 seat and can scale up to 10. Each seat costs $9.99/month, billed together. You can adjust your seat count once per calendar month from Settings.
Can team members see all events?
By default yes — all active members can view and edit all events. The owner can restrict each member to only see events they personally created. The owner always sees everything.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Try the live demo account without signing up — it's pre-filled with real events, clients, vendors, and budgets so you can explore every module before committing.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is kept for 90 days after cancellation. You can export all events, client records, and guest lists as CSV at any time from Settings.
Can I use iWishLinks Business for personal events?
Absolutely. Many organizers use Business for large birthday parties, weddings, and private celebrations where they need vendor tracking, seating plans, and check-in.
